Step-by-Step Assembly Guide
Here is every step shown in the video above, in order, so you can follow along on site.
Attach the caster wheels. Insert the caster wheels into the bottom legs of the vertical base frames and secure them tightly using the provided pins or bolts (0:02 in the video).
Connect the base frames. Stand the frames up and use the Quick Locking System to attach the horizontal and diagonal braces. This creates a stable, self-supporting base structure (0:11).
Lock the wheels — always before building higher. Press down on the caster wheel brakes with your foot to lock them in place, so the scaffolding won’t roll while you assemble the rest of the tower (0:17).
Add the upper frames. Slide the upper scaffolding frame sections onto the base frames, then attach additional diagonal braces to reinforce the taller structure (0:23).
Install the platform. Lift the work platform and lock it securely onto the horizontal rungs at your desired working height (0:32).
Attach the safety railing — crucial for fall protection. Once the platform is placed, install the safety railings around the perimeter of the upper level. Double-check that all quick-lock connections are fully engaged before you start work (0:34).
