The engineering details that make this foldable aluminium tower quick to assemble and stable at height.
Outriggers clamp to the tower frame and widen its base, so the tower stays steady as it gets taller. Fitted as specified, they give a free-standing height of 12.2 m indoors and 8.2 m outdoors.
Frames, braces and platforms connect with a quick-locking system — snap-in brace hooks and interlock clips — so a trained crew can assemble and dismantle the tower without spanners or loose bolts.
Castor wheels let you roll the tower to the next work area, and foot-operated brakes lock it in place before anyone climbs. Non-marking wheels protect finished floors such as marble and vitrified tiles, and adjustable legs level the tower on uneven ground.
Inclined ladders run between platform levels in a zig-zag pattern, with anti-slip steps and a wide entry frame for secure, comfortable climbing.
Where zig-zag aluminium scaffolding is used — general access jobs from 4.2 m to 13.3 m working height.
Every Zig-Zag Scaffolding system is designed, manufactured and load-tested by Indoor Innovations at our own facility in Panipat, Haryana, so you always know who stands behind the equipment your team works on.
Frames, braces and platforms are fabricated in-house from 6063-T6 aluminium alloy at our Panipat plant, giving us full control over material quality and workmanship.
Every Zig-Zag Scaffolding system is load-tested at our Panipat plant against its rated safe working load before it leaves the factory, so it arrives on site ready for safe use.
Designed to EN 1004, the European standard for mobile access towers, and IS 2750, the Indian scaffolding standard, under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
Answers to the questions we hear most about Zig-Zag Scaffolding.
The tallest standard model, ISZ123, gives a working height of 13.3 m, with a platform height of 11.3 m and a tower height of 12.3 m.
The platform is rated at 200 kg/m², with platform-specific capacities ranging from 480 kg to 810 kg.
The free-standing height is 12.2 m indoors and 8.2 m outdoors.
Every model uses a 1.35 m wide × 1.80 m long platform.
Platform height is the height of the deck you stand on. Working height is how high you can reach from it, and on every model it is 2 m above the platform height.
A two-person crew assembles Zig-Zag Scaffolding without tools, using the quick-locking frames, snap-in brace hooks and interlock clips. How long it takes depends on the working height and configuration you need, and our team can also deliver and assemble it on site for you.
Not when fully assembled, as the tower is wider than a standard single doorway. Zig-Zag Scaffolding is dismantled into its frames, braces and platforms, all of which pass through a normal door, and reassembled on the other side without tools.
Yes. The platform can be fixed at any rung level on the frames, so you set it at the height the job needs, and adjustable legs fine-tune the height and level the tower on uneven floors.
Purchase prices range from ₹71,400 for the ISZ032 (4.2 m working height) to ₹226,100 for the ISZ123 (13.3 m working height). Rental is quoted per project.
It is built to EN 1004 and IS 2750, made from 6063-T6 aluminium alloy, and manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system.
